We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team, to help us grow and shape the exciting journey we are on.
You will be able to independently design and develop commercially successful and creatively engaging seasonal product across defined categories, having the flexibility to design across genders if needed, ensuring alignment with brand values and customer expectations. This role balances hands-on creativity with technical understanding and works cross-functionally to support the smooth delivery of each range.
Your key areas of focus:
- Creative Execution
- Own the end-to-end design of multiple product categories within the seasonal range.
- Create detailed CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.
- Ensure each design aligns with seasonal creative direction, brand handwriting, and target customer.
- Contribute confidently in fittings, reviews, and range builds, taking initiative on improvements and refinements.
