What you’ll do
- Salesforce Administration and Support: Provide day-to-day support to Sales Teams on CRM usage, reporting, and data accuracy. Manage opportunity lifecycles including updating project stages, close dates, and vendor qualification documents. Prepare Blue Sheets and Green Sheets ensuring completeness and consistency. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and order intake. Onboard and support new sales employees on systems and workflows, ensuring adherence to data standards. Eliminate duplicate accounts and maintain accurate account information.
- Sales Enablement & Process Coordination: Monitor quote activity and key deliverable schedules, including customer commitments and proposal timelines. Track sales KPIs and performance dashboards to provide visibility into team activity and results. Assist in project pipeline forecasting by ensuring opportunity data is current and aligned with business priorities. Identify opportunities to standardise and improve sales processes.
- Sales Incentives/Bonus Management: Administer the EMEA sales incentives programme by tracking submissions, validating eligibility, coordinating approvals, and managing payouts with line managers. Liaise with Finance, Sales, and HR regarding the incentive programme. Provide regular reporting and insights on sales bonus performance to relevant teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Support general sales organisation needs, including picking up tasks from departing colleagues. Work closely with sales users to ensure data quality and process compliance on a rolling basis. Collaborate with data scientists and other business areas to interrogate data and generate actionable outcomes.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily office-based with hybrid work flexibility.

What you’ll bring
- Must-haves: Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Commercial awareness and understanding of sales cycles and pipelines.
- Nice-to-haves: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills. Experience in sales operations, administration, or related analyst roles.
