Purpose of Role: The Process and Systems Adoption Manager ensures the successful and sustained adoption of new and changed business processes and systems across the EMEA region. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and end-users, focusing on change management, training, communication, and continuous improvement to maximise the value of transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Change Management and Communication: Develop and execute change management plans leveraging our divisional framework to support adoption of new systems and processes. Create clear, consistent communication and feedback loops to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout transitions. Establish mechanisms to collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support: Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and Finance to understand needs and ensure alignment. Act as a liaison to facilitate smooth implementation with minimal disruption.
  • Training and Enablement: Identify training needs and align them with existing programs, user guides, and support materials. Organize and deliver training sessions to build user capability and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Partner with Program Leads to define and refine KPIs, track adoption metrics, and measure success. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize system and process use.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring:

  • Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development, or related field. Experience in change management, process improvement, or systems implementation; certification such as Prosci or ACMP is a plus. Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Nice-to-haves: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Empathy and a user-centric approach to change and adoption.
