- Proven success leading large-scale business transformation or ERP programmes
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally across manufacturing and operations processes
- Experience driving global process standardisation and operating model change
- Ability to lead Product Owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams in a complex programme environment
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills

- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models
- Experience with MES platforms and operational excellence frameworks
Practicalities
Travel / Hours: Global role; some travel and time-zone flexibility required.
Role Duration: This is a long-lived role that spans both the S4+ programme phase and ongoing BAU operations.
