Location: Due to frequent stakeholder interaction, this role has a strong preference for UK-based candidates; however, as a global organisation, Weir will consider suitably qualified applicants located in any country where we operate across EMEA. Business requirements will determine the final location.
Purpose of Role: This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping how Weir grows talent, develops leaders and strengthens our culture across the business. Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, you'll design and deliver practical, people-centred OD solutions that help colleagues feel they belong, grow their own way and do the best work of their lives. You'll partner with HR teams and business leaders to turn organisational priorities into programmes and initiatives that really land. In doing so, you'll help build a high-performing, future-ready workforce that supports Weir's strategy and long-term success.
