Weir is seeking an Insurance & Risk Manager to oversee the group’s multinational insurance programmes and risk-transfer strategy. You will work with senior leaders, brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective coverage aligned with Weir’s risk profile.
You will manage renewals, advise on contractual risk, and drive loss prevention and resilience improvements across our global operations, with liaison to the London market and external advisors.
