What you’ll do

  • Executive Support & Prioritisation: Act as a trusted partner and advisor to the CFO, managing a complex global diary aligned to strategic priorities. Anticipate requirements, coordinate briefings, and manage communications to ensure the CFO’s focus remains on high-impact activities. Success means seamless prioritisation and proactive management of executive time.
  • Planning, Coordination & Governance: Maintain oversight of CFO engagement with the Board and Committees, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. Coordinate agendas, papers, and presentations while tracking actions and deadlines. Travel may be required occasionally to support global governance activities.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Board members, executives, investors, and external partners. Serve as the primary liaison for the CFO, ensuring professional and responsive communication that aligns Finance and Corporate Functions globally.
  • Executive Office Coordination & Initiative Support: Act as the central coordination point for CFO-related activities, aligning calendars and priorities across senior stakeholders. Support delivery of key initiatives and maintain visibility of evolving priorities.
  • Travel, Administration & Operations: Manage complex global travel arrangements, including contingency planning. Oversee expenses, purchase orders, and document management in compliance with policy. Provide ad hoc support to the CFO Executive team as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement & Productivity: Drive enhancements in Executive Office processes by leveraging digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve workflow efficiency and collaboration within the wider EA/PA team.
  • Confidentiality & Judgement: Handle highly sensitive financial and strategic information with absolute discretion. Demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and sound judgement in a fast-paced, complex environment.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

  • Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within complex, global, and listed company environments.
  • Proven track record supporting Board-level governance and understanding Executive Committee dynamics.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with AI tools and Concur is desirable.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working closely with Finance executives or within financial environments to understand relevant language and priorities.
  • Agile, resilient, and polished professional with strong commercial awareness and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Technology-savvy with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience providing coverage for other Executive Assistants and supporting multiple senior leaders.
