In this role you will be the technical expert for Surface and Underground Mining Attachments, translating engineering insight into practical solutions for customers. You will support product lifecycle from specs to launches, work with cross-functional teams, and travel to sites to validate requirements. You’ll train customers and internal teams while driving portfolio growth and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for GET and mining attachments, guiding application and sizing decisions.
- Own product specifications, technical docs, and sales support materials; support lifecycle activities and product launches.
- Prepare technical/commercial quotations, sizing calculations, and tender submissions; participate in bid processes.
- Lead site visits, field assessments, and customer trainings; communicate with sales, engineering, and management.
- Coordinate warranty, corrective actions, and quality improvements; maintain records and safety compliance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and fabrication partners.
- Uphold safety culture and zero-harm commitments in daily activities.
Key requirements
- 5+ years in mining equipment operation or modelling with strong GET knowledge.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline personnel.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Agile PLM, Power BI, and MS Project.
