We provide advice on all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence claims and healthcare regulation.
We work for great clients which include NHS bodies, medical indemnifiers, private hospitals, clinics, care homes, individual clinicians and insurers.
The ethos of the team is to work hard for our clients so that we secure the right outcome for them.
In so doing, we improve our technical skills and enhance our ability to meet the clients' needs as they evolve.
The healthcare sector is fast moving.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing team, working on top quality work and helping to develop our practice.

Main duties and responsibilities could include: Case management – pre litigation and litigated workConducting or assisting on claims or other workDrafting pleadings and advice Advocacy / attending courtAdhering to internal and client SLAs and KPIsSupervision and mentoring Client relationship managementBusiness developmentClient secondments MI completion Achieving operational targets This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of your role. About YouYou will be a qualified solicitor.
