Weightmans is seeking solicitors, solicitor-advocates or barristers to join our Regulatory team to undertake inquests for police and other emergency services, insurers and healthcare clients. This is predominantly an advocacy role and regular attendance at court is required. You will advise clients and prepare submissions, manage a caseload, meet deadlines and KPIs, and travel to court as required.
