We are currently recruiting for a Professional Support Lawyer to join our HR Rely team. The role involves:
- Providing fixed fee employment, HR and advisory support for the HR Rely Website with the latest employment law developments.
- Maintaining our employment document library with minimal supervision.
- Client-facing tools and training programs to improve the quality of advice to employment lawyers.
- Supporting on a wide range of projects as and when required.
- Training and some limited legal work to achieve a modest financial target.
- Writing about, presenting and training others in relation to legal developments, including case law, legislation and procedural changes.
- Offering services (e.g., training) to our existing HRR clients.
- Looking for opportunities to sell additional services (such as training) to existing clients.
We seek an experienced Employment lawyer requiring minimal supervision, who is passionate about keeping abreast of legal developments and enjoys presenting/training both to colleagues and clients.
