The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 ÂŁ per year.
We are currently recruiting for a Principal Associate/Associate 5 years+ PQE to work on complex disputes and multiâparty litigation in our Sports Litigation Team. Based in London, the successful candidate/s will have:
- Drafting and analytic skills
- Advocacy and presentational skills
- An ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Experience in advising on disclosure and legal privilege
- An ability to work with clients at all levels to include advising on media responses
- Experience in advising on insurance policy cover
- Experience of managing junior lawyers/team
- Organisational and compliance skills, ensuring adherence to internal and client policies, MI completion and SLA requirements
- A proven track record of achievement of financial and chargeable hours target

As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks. We also require you to have/be:
- Previous experience of assisting on large and complex claims together with managing your own caseload of defendant casualty claims is essential
- 5 years PQE+
- Influencing skills
- Some experience of networking with, and delivering training to, clients is desirable
- A high level of commercial awareness
- Conscientious, selfâmotivated, hardworking, responsive, with critical thinking abilities and communication, organisation and analytical skills
- A methodical, organised approach
- Passionate about growth, generating work opportunities both internally and externally
- Passionate about operational excellence generating work opportunities through great service delivery and improving the client experience
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, tight timetables, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality

- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
