Main duties and responsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children cases, with an appropriate level of supervision.Provide clear, practical and client-focused legal advice, ensuring clients fully understand their options and the legal processes involved.Prepare correspondence, court documents, witness statements and other legal documentation accurately and efficiently.Assist with negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes, while supporting litigation matters where court proceedings are necessary.Undertake legal research and keep up to date with developments in family law and related areas.Support business development initiatives, including networking, relationship building and contributing to marketing activities where appropriate.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for Family Law and a desire to build your career within a highly regarded team..
