We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager (Specialty) who will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and delivery of financial and client performance objectives. The role will focus on driving profitability, service quality and client satisfaction, alongside developing people, improving processes and supporting strategic growth. The Team Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Client Delivery and wider business functions to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. We are open to applications from Specialty Lawyers with experience in Team Management and non-Lawyers with a background in Team Operations Management in other professional services or legal environments.
Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional quality of service, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and value delivery
- Oversee service delivery against agreed KPIs, SLAs and client expectations
- Support client relationship management and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure billing and client work are completed in line with agreed service standards
- Develop thought leadership initiatives (e.g. events, webinars, content) to support client engagement
