Weightmans is seeking a team member to assist in our Wills, Trusts and Estates group in Liverpool. The role involves supporting solicitors on private client caseloads, including probate work, estate planning for high net worth individuals, and contentious matters under supervision of experienced STEP members.
You will also run a small caseload as appropriate, assist fellow team members, travel to clients when required, prepare and file correspondence, and help market the department’s services.
