Marketing Executive in Liverpool

About your new role

PLEASE NOTE: This role is not on the list of occupations eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.

This role will be a 50/50 split between the Client development and Communications team.

Primary objectives

Client Development:

Work with the Client Development Team to support, develop and manage the firm’s Generator programme to deliver high quality documents and presentations. Provide support to ensure best practice across the Generator Programme via InterAction+ pipeline and contract management. Oversee production of weekly, monthly and quarterly Generator reporting and Marketing reporting.

Communications:

Work with the campaigns team to support on key activities such as event management, newsletter administration, CRM system updates and reporting. Assist Graphic Designer on proofing documents set. Work with PR Manager to co-ordinate the corporate photography across the firm (individual shots).

Key responsibilities

• Production of presentations, proposals and team sheets utilising templates.
• Work on an on-going basis on improving the ‘look and feel’ of documents.
• Manage and maintain CRM database and records accurately.
• Coordinate merchandise, events, and projects, including arranging venues and invitations.
• Communicate confidential and complex information professionally by phone, email, and correspondence.
• Maintain effective filing systems.
• Monitor merchandise supplies and manage invoice payments.
• General administrative duties.
• Assist with ad hoc business development & marketing projects that may require additional resource.

About You

You will have previous experienceand a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.

Key skills & experience

• This would suit a recent graduate, although 1- 2 years in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
• Candidate must be meticulous with a particular attention to detail and have the ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills. Commercially aware and astute.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
• Well developed project and time management skills plus organisational skills.
• Confident, assertive and resilient.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• A good understanding of marketing.
• Hybrid working – the role will be based in the Liverpool office with a minimum two days per week attendance, but as per business and the remainder remote working.
