The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role will be a 50/50 split between the Client Development and Communications team.

Primary Objectives
  • Client Development
    • Work with the Client Development Team to support, develop and manage the firm’s Generator programme to deliver high quality documents and presentations.
    • Provide administrative support to ensure best practice across the Generator Programme.
    • Support the Bids Team and Partners across the firm to contribute to the overall financial objectives of the firm.
  • Communications
    • Work with the campaigns team to support on key activities such as event management, newsletter administration, CRM system updates and reporting.
    • Assist Graphic Designer on proofing documents set.
    • Work with PR Manager to co‑ordinate the corporate photography across the firm (individual shots).
Key Responsibilities
  • Production of presentations, proposals and team sheets utilising templates.
  • Work on an on‑going basis on improving the ‘look and feel’ of documents.
  • Manage and maintain CRM database and records accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, including arranging venues and invitations.
  • Communicate confidential and complex information professionally by phone, email, and correspondence.
  • Maintain effective filing systems.
  • Monitor merchandise supplies and manage invoice payments.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Assist with ad hoc business development & marketing projects that may require additional resource.
