About your new role

Our IT Training Team supports colleagues across the firm to confidently use our systems and technology. They deliver a range of training and support, from onboarding new starters to upskilling existing employees, helping teams work efficiently to get the most out of our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering training across the firm working with both new starters and current employees.
  • Providing high quality IT Training to the firm online, in person, and by floor walking.
  • Deliver IT induction training to new staff and Partners.
  • Deliver training using a range of methods including floor walking, online, classroom, group webinars, seminars and one‑to‑one sessions.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training to be delivered.
  • Maintain training support materials.
  • Make visits to other sites across the UK providing IT support and training assistance to colleagues.
  • Resolve training and assistance requests that are submitted on the relevant platform.

The role will be based in Liverpool but will require occasional travel to other offices nationwide.

About you

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the work described. The role is varied, so we are looking for someone with a flexible approach who can adapt to different tasks.

  • Excellent IT skills including Windows 11.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365, primarily: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Ability to be proactive in seeking solutions and putting ideas forward.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Ability to deliver to strict deadlines and targets.

Desirable

  • IT Certification: Microsoft Office and/or ICDL (International Certification of Digital Literacy).
