The candidate will be based at our Liverpool office.
As a Senior Solicitor You Will:
- Manage a mixed caseload of complex Employment Tribunal claims.
- Complete multi-day hearings in the Employment Tribunal.
- Provide employment law advice to key clients.
- Supervise more junior members of the team and oversee their cases from a strategic perspective.
- Assist with business development initiatives including training and networking.
- Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs.
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports.
- Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values and procedures.
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.
