PLEASE NOTE: This role is not on the list of occupations eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker routeYour primary role will be to provide case handling and administrative support to the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team in Liverpool. You will work with a varied client base, including some of the UK’s largest and most recognisable organisations, supporting fee earners with Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex, high-value and strategically important matters.Your Key Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting fee earners with various tasks including general case management, legal research, drafting of witness statements and reports to clients and preparation for court hearings
- Liaising by telephone, letter and email with clients, witnesses, claimants, the Employment Tribunal, ACAS and other third parties
- Attending client meetings and court hearings to support fee earners
- You will be expected to be able to perform detailed analytical reviews of complex and sensitive materials and evidence
- You will be expected to respond promptly and accurately to correspondence and telephone enquiries from client and other parties, with and without supervision
- Achieving set financial and chargeable targets
- Supporting the team’s business development activities
