Weightmans is recruiting a Solicitor, Cilex or Associate to join the Disease litigation team, with offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool or Leicester. You will manage a caseload of NIHL, HAVS/WRULD and asbestos-related claims for big insurer and corporate clients.
You will draft strategy reports, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and attend conferences, courts and client meetings. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential.
