Overview
In this role you will manage a varied casualty caseload within a nationally recognised team, delivering commercial legal guidance to a broad insurance client base. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, support business development, and collaborate with the national Claims team. You will also mentor junior colleagues and ensure high standards of client service and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and networking initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across the national Claims business
- Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate
- Ensure excellent client service and regulatory compliance
Key requirements
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience in casualty, personal injury, defendant insurance litigation or related areas
- Strong technical and analytical skills
