Weightmans is investing in and growing its Legal 500 Tier 1‑ranked Education team, advising universities, FE colleges, academies and education bodies across the UK. The team is a full‑service education practice covering governance, student matters, commercial and regulatory work, real estate, construction and employment, pensions and immigration – all with a higher education focus. We are experiencing significant growth in the employment advisory space with recent tender wins at group clients that offer opportunities for someone to lead and grow our employment offerings.
Partners will have the opportunity to further develop their practice within a national platform, supported by strong sector credentials, an established client base and the flexibility to grow in line with personal and commercial ambitions. Senior Associates will find a clear pathway to progression, genuine responsibility, and the chance to shape workstreams and relationships within a supportive, collegiate environment.
