Are you a Commercial or Corporate Lawyer with experience advising dental businesses on transactions, growth and regulatory matters? Are you looking to join a market‑leading healthcare team with a strong national reputation? Weightmans’ Primary Care team is ranked in the legal directories for its healthcare and medical expertise, advising dentists, pharmacy owners and other healthcare professionals across the full lifecycle of their businesses.
We are keen to speak with commercially minded lawyers who have experience in the dental sector, including:
- Corporate and commercial transactions (practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations)
- Shareholder and partnership arrangements
- Commercial contracts and advisory work
- Supporting dental groups, corporates and individual practitioners
- Advising on growth strategies, investments and exit planning
If you bring strong sector knowledge, commercial acumen and an interest in developing long‑term client relationships, Edwina Farrell, who leads our Primary Care team, would welcome an informal conversation about how you could contribute to our growing practice. We are open to engaging with lawyers at Senior Associate or Partner level, including those ready for partnership or already operating at partner level. Exceptional candidates with the right expertise and potential will also be considered.
