We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with 1‑3 years PQE to work independently on your own caseload and closely alongside senior case handlers. The role involves handling a high quantity of documents for each case, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business development. Responsibilities

  • Run a case load of litigated claims, dealing with both liability and quantum
  • Manage disclosure documents
  • Assist senior fee earners with general case management, legal research, drafting witness statements, preparing reports for clients, and preparing for court hearings
  • Attend client meetings and court hearings
  • Assist with instruction of counsel and experts
  • Respond promptly and accurately to correspondence and telephone enquiries from clients and other parties, with and without supervision
  • Achieve set financial and chargeable targets
  • Support the team's business development activities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role (this list is not exhaustive)
