Weightmans Llp is seeking a Solicitor to join its national police team. You will manage a high-volume caseload of civil protective order applications (DVPOs, SPOs, SHPOs) from drafting to hearings, and provide practical operational guidance to police clients.
The role is remote-first with in-person hearings in Brighton and some travel. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) with court advocacy experience or the willingness to develop it, and a proactive, well-organised approach
