Weightmans Llp is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Solicitor Advocate or Barrister to join the Inquests team in a predominantly advocacy-based role. You will represent police forces, blue light services, insurers and healthcare organisations at inquests and related hearings.
The successful candidate will conduct their own advocacy, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to junior lawyer development, while meeting deadlines and KPIs within a supportive national team.
