Weightmans LLP is seeking an Inquest and/or healthcare advisory solicitor to join our Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team. The role covers regulatory matters and proceedings in health and social care, including inquests, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals and related regulatory challenges for NHS providers, commissioners, private providers, regulators and local authorities.
The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 1–10 years PQE, willing to develop advocacy skills
