What You ll Do
As the Manager, Licensing & Consumer Products at Weight Watchers, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand equity through supporting strategic licensing partnerships with global brands and spearheading the rollout of a global Weight Watchers consumables product line.
This position requires an individual with an understanding of the licensing landscape, proven experience in consumer product goods, negotiating and securing successful partnerships, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Consumer Product & Licensing Strategy
- Execute a comprehensive consumer product goods strategy aligned with Weight Watchers' licensing objectives and business goals.
- Grow new vendor relationships.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with key global brands to establish mutually beneficial licensing partnerships.
- Understands key business terms and analyzes monthly and quarterly revenue reports.
- Develops a deep understanding of key products across multiple categories.
- Supports new business development opportunities across consumer products.
- Executes a globally minded consumer products roll out.
- Manages existing relationships consisting of partners, licensees and vendors, ensuring compliance and effective communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products seamlessly.
Domain Expertise & Organizational Skills
- Proven and demonstrated ability to grow and lead on implementation of new strategies and product lines.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, pipeline management, and achieving further revenue targets.
- Maintains regular updates and presentations for department and executive meetings.
