Senior Electronics Engineer – (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Electronic Engineer to help drive the expansion of a design department and develop hardware and embedded software for a new and an expanding product range.

Key Responsibilities:

– Designing hardware and embedded software for use within the organisation’s products lines.

– Providing technical guidance to team members

– Collaborating with various engineering disciplines within the organisation

– Lead on Identifying areas of improvement and assist implementing new processes.

Requirements and Experience:

• Must have a Degree or similar qualification in Electronics Engineering or comparable subject
• Sustained experience in electronics hardware design, development and testing; including PCB schematic design and layout (Essential)
• Sustained experience in embedded firmware design, development, and testing (Essential)
• Good experience of EMC design and test experience.
• Good exposure in design validation process – FMEA, DFM.
• Experience in the creation of supporting design documentation, development reports, BoM, build packs
• Experience of firmware unit, integration, and system testing.
