We are actively seeking a Business Change Manager to join a new launch team within the Information and Digital Group of the University of Warwick.
The post will play a key role in supporting Business Change activities for an Online Programme Management (OPM) initiative and support a major transformation of the University’s online learning strategy and the development of high-quality digital education.
Working at the forefront of early-stage programme delivery, the role will focus on supporting people through change, ensuring that new ways of working are effectively adopted and embedded. Acting as a strong advocate for the ‘voice of the customer’, the role will ensure that operational needs and challenges are understood, and that any barriers to success are proactively identified and addressed with practical solutions.
You will work across multiple workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, academic teams, and professional services to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to an evolving programme. Experience or knowledge of online learning models, the higher education environment, and large-scale digital transformation programmes would be advantageous.
You will play a key role in delivering efficient, streamlined, and sustainable change. The role will involve:
- Assessing change value and impact

- Shaping Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements

About You
- You will have strong working experience in a business change role.
- Be able to build strong relationships, communicate confidently, and bring out the best in others.
- Have the ability to be the ‘voice of the customer’, ensuring change reflects the needs of those impacted and delivers effective, user-focused outcomes.
- You will understand how people respond to change, with strong listening and influencing skills to support positive, sustainable outcomes.
- Be Resilient, flexible, adaptable and able to navigate evolving situations and respond confidently to new challenges.
- You should have a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience of turning opportunities into practical improvements.
- The ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about business, product, technical, and cross-functional change.
- Be comfortable providing constructive challenge, ensuring decisions remain focused on benefits realisation and positive outcomes for end users.
