Role Description
The Field Services Engineer is a full‑time role based in the North West.
In this role, the engineer will travel to customer locations across the Mersey Region to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance on a variety of domestic appliances.
Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing on‑site technical support, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
The engineer will document work performed, maintain accurate service records, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications
- White Goods diagnostic and repair experience, including on‑site visits and independent work in customer environments.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Beneficial qualifications include System trained or Gas Safe.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
