We are seeking Trainee Sales Account Executives to join our rapidly expanding team! This position is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in car finance. You may already have experience in sales or a customer-focused environment and be ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, high-reward industry. With a strong support structure in place, including our dedicated Sales Academy, you’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to develop your skills and succeed from day one.

Your Role:
- Convert warm leads into successful sales
- Build rapport and tailor finance solutions to customer needs
- Learn and negotiate finance deals with the best customer outcome in mind
- Manage relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer support
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets with ongoing coaching and support
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in any industry (preferable but not necessary - if you are keen to learn and have the right mindset, let’s talk)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A resilient, driven professional eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 | 1 late shift per week (09:30–18:30) | 1 weekend in 3
