What We Offer Our Staff
OUR NEW AND INCREASED PAY RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS –
– £14.20 PH For Carers to initially start, and then £14.70 after 12 Months Service (One of the highest in our area)
– £0.35p Mileage Paid for all travel
– We don\’t offer sponsorship.
– Quarterly staff nights out
– Free Blue light card.
– £50.00 in L2S vouchers on completion of probation.
– Service awards at 1 year in L2S Vouchers = £100.00, 3 years = £150.00 and 5 years = £250.00
– We offer the following –
– Flexible shift patterns to suit and can accommodate full and part time hours on full or half days, we also offer a four day working week.
– Our shifts,
– Day shifts 6am – 2pm/3pm
– Evening shifts can vary and can start from around 3pm/4pm/5pm up until 10pm
– We ask Carers to be available for at least 2 evenings a week and to also be available to work every other weekend
– Guaranteed Contractual hours are available
– Professional training to support your personal development, including QCF’s and much more
– Our Coaching and Development Team gives a strong career progression pathway within the company
