What We Offer Our Staff
OUR NEW AND INCREASED PAY RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS β
β Β£14.20 PH For Carers to initially start, and then Β£14.70 after 12 Months Service (One of the highest in our area)
β Β£0.35p Mileage Paid for all travel
β We don\βt offer sponsorship.
β Quarterly staff nights out
β Free Blue light card.
β Β£50.00 in L2S vouchers on completion of probation.
β Service awards at 1 year in L2S Vouchers = Β£100.00, 3 years = Β£150.00 and 5 years = Β£250.00
β We offer the following β
β Flexible shift patterns to suit and can accommodate full and part time hours on full or half days, we also offer a four day working week.
β Our shifts,
β Day shifts 6am β 2pm/3pm
β Evening shifts can vary and can start from around 3pm/4pm/5pm up until 10pm
β We ask Carers to be available for at least 2 evenings a week and to also be available to work every other weekend
β Guaranteed Contractual hours are available
