The Recipe (About the Role)
- Own Monthly Account Reviews with Commercial teams to identify risks, opportunities, and align forecasts.
- Provide data and highlight anomalies for the IBP Demand Review.
- Manage the Demand Planning team.
- Drive continuous improvements in demand planning processes across all markets and customers.
- Implement best practices using statistical models and segmentation tools to improve forecast accuracy and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with forecasting windows and maintain a robust 18-month rolling demand forecast.
- Support short-term demand management to address supply challenges and excess stock, coordinating with Supply Chain and Account Teams.
- Own forecast and inventory planning for NPD/Discontinuations to maximise profit, service levels, and reduce write-offs.
- Participate in the Supply Chain Leadership Team.

- Key Know How: Demand Planning experience.
- Detailed knowledge of Demand Planning tools and sales & demand forecasting.
- Understanding of process flows for product change, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), demand and supply planning.
- End to end knowledge of Supply Chain and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing a team and key stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing skills, the ability to manage change and problem solve.
