We are looking for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Weetabix team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability, taking charge of reactive repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and fostering continuous improvement in our around-the-clock operations. As part of a highly trained team, you will have the opportunity to help multiple facilities and make a real impact!
- Provide engineering guidance to production, resolving breakdowns and assisting with the resolution of priority engineering issues.
- Deliver planned maintenance to sustain the reliability of our assets.
- Work with minimal guidance, with the ability to resolve problems.
- Work to company practices, procedures and rules to ensure health.
Therefore, we are seeking candidates who do not require sponsorship.
