We are looking for a National Account Executive (NAE) to join our sales team on a 12-month FTC. The NAE will play a crucial role in driving the growth and daily management of their designated customers. They will collaborate closely with the National Account Managers to deliver the Weetabix Food Company (WFC) Commercial Objectives.
The Recipe (About the Role)
- Responsible for invoicing and managing account accruals.
- Develops and submits promotional proposals.
- Prepares and delivers field sales briefings.
- Conducts Day 1 promotional compliance checks.
- Supports the accuracy of base and promotional forecasts.
- Provides accurate, insight-led account updates for huddles, and monthly commentary.
- Manages budgeted financials for assigned customers.
- Drives growth of WFC brands through Perfect Store execution.
- Focuses on accelerating online growth.
- Manages a large portfolio of commercial brands.
- Delivers world-class launches for WFC innovations.
- Broadens and deepens customer touchpoints through an effective contact strategy.
- Develops and implements customer format and channel strategies.
