The Recipe (About the Role)
The Customer Supply Administrator ensures the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and the preparation of export attestations and shipping documentation for the UK, EU/NI, and global markets. This role links Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams, ensuring service levels are met and protecting the business from customs and compliance risks.
- Manage domestic and export customer orders from order entry through to delivery, ensuring accurate pricing, customer data, fulfilment coordination and issue resolution to maintain high service levels.
- Prepare and control export documentation and attestations, ensuring all customs, compliance and shipping requirements are met, with accurate helping evidence and timely clearance of international shipments.
- Work with operational performance and continuous improvement by monitoring service metrics, maintaining robust processes and providing cover for the International Customer Supply Planner when required.

- Familiarity with preferential origin statements and working with evidence expectations.
- Training in customs, trade compliance, or supply chain certification.
