Training is based at the Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry. You will need to be able to get there and to our site in Burton Latimer.
Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions held at the Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry and complete your coursework (we'll help you succeed!)
- Work alongside experienced engineers and learn on the job
- Get involved in fixing and maintaining machines that keep Weetabix running
- Learn how to keep everything safe and working smoothly

Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 / A-C) including Maths and English
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
