You will play a key role in enabling a digitally motivated, data-led operating model, driving process standardisation using native Dynamics 365 capabilities, enabling integrations and evaluations, and improving delivery speed and quality through modern product management and automation practices.
- Define and deliver the D365 roadmap, translating strategy into a prioritised, value-driven backlog
- Advocate standard functionality, driving process consistency and reducing customisation
- Gather requirements and act as the bridge between business and technical teams to align scope and delivery
- Own releases end-to-end (UAT, sign-off, communications) and manage environments to ensure stability, security and data integrity
- Own backlog transparency, stakeholder prioritisation and clear communication of trade-offs and outcomes
- Ensure compliance, governance and audit standards are met across all system changes
- Provide advanced aid, resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement through root cause evaluation and user feedback
- Drive adoption, data quality and system optimisation using core D365 features, Power Platform and Power BI
The Ingredients (What we need from you)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Application Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within fast-paced or complex supply chain environments
- Knowledge of core business processes across at least two areas, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Plan to Produce
- Hands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, managing backlogs, coordinating user acceptance testing and overseeing release and change management
- Experience providing advanced application aid (Level 2 and Level 3), including incident and problem management, as well as supplier coordination
- Familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and agile delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, with strong documentation practices
