Weetabix Food Company is seeking an Electrical Compliance Engineer to support our Burton Latimer site. You will help deliver safe, compliant electrical systems and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and internal standards, protecting people and assets while maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing.
Working with engineering, production, and project teams, you will own compliance programmes, identify non‑compliance, and implement timely corrective actions to sustain a safe, high‑performing environment.
