Weetabix is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to own the processes, tools and planning activities that enable a high-performing Sales function. You will drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, improve forecasting accuracy and optimise ways of working to support sustainable growth.
You will lead cross-functional planning with NAMs, strengthen the commercial calendar, develop the Commercial Academy, and embed data-driven judgement with IT and Data & Digital teams to sharpen.
