Weeping Cross Health Partnership is seeking a diligent Practice Nurse for 30 hours per week to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver a broad range of nursing services, manage your own workload and contribute to improving patient care across our three Stafford sites.
Responsibilities include long-term condition management, vaccinations, cervical screening, wound care and travel health advice. Priorities include patient safety, records accuracy and adherence to local protocols.
