Senior Account Executive – Sustainability/ESG

Base salary up to £80,000 plus double OTE and uncapped commission

London - hybrid working

Are you an Account Executive with proven experience selling into the built environment sector? Do you have a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a meaningful impact? If yes, then this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our leading sustainability client. You will drive outbound sales efforts and expand our client’s reach across the UK. This is a high-impact, new business-focused role where you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for their sustainability platform, promoting consulting services, and selling a SaaS-based sustainability reporting platform.

You will play a key role in shaping the growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals that support organisations in embedding sustainability knowledge across their supply chains.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING:

5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record selling to enterprise clients
Knowledge of the built environment and the construction sector
Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
Proven ability to exceed sales targets of £600K+ annually
Familiarity with sustainability, ESG and procurement/supply chain regulations
Hunter mindset - you enjoy winning new clients and being responsible for your own pipeline creation!
