Founding Enterprise Account Executive (UK)

London-based with hybrid working

This is your chance to be the one who makes it happen.

A leading sustainability SaaS company is expanding into the UK. They’ve already proven the model. You’ll prove the market.

You’ll work directly with the VP of Sales and the leadership team to own the GTM strategy, win flagship customers, and lay the foundations for future growth.

This isn’t just another quota-carrying role. You’ll be the first commercial hire – owning the UK go-to-market strategy, closing enterprise deals, and shaping the future team under you. A true player-coach role. With the long-term opportunity to grow into the UK Sales Director.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and own the UK sales motion from day one
  • Convert warm leads, open new doors, and close complex SaaS deals
  • Partner with marketing, product, and CS to refine the UK GTM
  • Feed market feedback straight into leadership – no bureaucracy, just action
  • Build early customer success stories and case studies
  • Hire, mentor, and develop your first UK team as growth follows

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience – ideally with procurement, sustainability or ESG software
  • Deep enterprise background with complex, multi‑stakeholder sales
  • Track record closing a minimum of £750K ARR year‑on‑year
  • Proven record of opening or scaling a new territory, region or market
  • A self‑starter mindset – you don’t wait for permission to execute
