We are seeking highly capable UK or Europe-based generalist professionals to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems.
In this role, you will review and assess a variety of everyday professional work products—including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written materials—and evaluate them for quality, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness.
Your expertise and feedback will help improve how AI systems understand, evaluate, and produce high-quality real-world professional work.

- Review and evaluate documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materials for accuracy, quality, clarity, and completeness.
- Assess AI-generated and human-created work against defined evaluation criteria.

- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, and weaknesses in reasoning.
- Provide clear, concise, and well-supported written feedback explaining evaluation decisions.
