This role is for one of the Weekday's clients.

We are seeking a Brand & Growth Director to build and scale multiple DTC sleep and bedding brands across UK, EU, and US markets. This is a 0–1 leadership role where you will own the complete brand-to-revenue pipeline, transforming manufactured products into high-performing global brands across Amazon, Shopify, and B2B wholesale channels. You will design the marketing playbook from scratch, establish repeatable launch systems, and drive revenue growth across international markets. The founder oversees manufacturing and supply chain; you will own everything customer-facing — brand identity, positioning, digital experience, performance marketing, and revenue acceleration. This is a high-ownership, builder role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable brand launch frameworks, content systems, and channel strategies across multiple brands
  • Build complete brand identities including visual language, tone of voice, packaging direction, and creative standards
  • Lead creative direction across product shoots, founder-led content, social campaigns, and advertising creatives
  • Own and optimize Shopify storefronts including UX, CRO, landing pages, and email/SMS automation flows
  • Direct Amazon brand presence including A+ content, storefront design, and conversion-focused assets
  • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer partnerships across UK, EU, and US markets
  • Identify high-potential online market opportunities and convert them into monetization strategies
  • Implement performance-driven marketing systems tied directly to revenue and growth milestones
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to scale lean, efficient marketing operations
  • Build repeatable growth engines that can be deployed across future brand launches

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4–8 years of experience in DTC brand building within sleep, home, wellness, or adjacent categories
  • Proven track record of scaling at least one brand from early stage to meaningful revenue
  • Strong understanding of Western consumer markets (UK, EU, US)
  • Experience building brands and marketing systems from scratch
  • Deep expertise in Shopify, Amazon ecosystem, CRO, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong commercial instinct with a quantitative, opportunity-driven mindset
  • Ability to move fast and execute across creative, copy, design briefs, and campaign builds
  • AI-native approach with comfort using LLMs and digital tools to enhance productivity
  • Cross-industry thinking and ability to adapt best practices from multiple sectors
  • High ownership mentality with leadership capability and long-term partnership mindset
