Otto James Consulting has been engaged in a Search and Selection Process for a new Director of Group Commercial Finance (M&A). Our partner is one of the North West's fastest growing organisations, and following Private Equity investment by CVC Capital Partners, the decision has been made to open up a board level appointment to oversee Commercial Finance. There is massive scope for our client to grow organically within the UK tech market, but there are now funds to fuel increased footprint through acquisitions. The role is integral to the board's growth plans, and the landscape for H1 2026 will sit firmly in the blueprint of this role.
The Role: There is a growth plan within the organisation which will see a step change in the firm's use of data and the integrity around not only where the numbers are reported from, but also who will have access to them in a decision chain. This is a role which will give you an all-encompassing view of the business and it will have an active base in the real-time business delivery information. This is a role which is positioned to take you away from “The Numbers” and have you engaged in the businesses growth strategies for the future.
