We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to lead a team in tendering for building works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in quantity surveying, tender management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving tender submissions, managing QS teams, and ensuring projects are pursued with accurate pricing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead tender teams for building works projects, overseeing QS inputs, pricing, and submission.
- Manage and develop Junior/Executive/Senior QS.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for tender clarifications and queries.
- Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement tender strategies, risk assessments, and pricing approaches.
- Monitor tender pipeline, forecast, and report on tender outcomes.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 10+ years of QS experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in tender management and winning projects.
- Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing projects, Institutional projects.
- Familiarity with BIM and digital QS tools.
- Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
