Responsibilities
- We lead a full end-to-end ERP implementation programme.
- We own governance, project planning, reporting, and programme controls.
- We manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings.
- We hold implementation partners and third-party vendors accountable.
- We coordinate business and technical workstreams.
- We oversee integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- We drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.
- We manage risks, issues, and programme dependencies throughout delivery.

We are a growing business embarking on a business-critical ERP implementation and we are looking for an experienced ERP Project/Programme Manager to lead the programme.
This is a genuine business transformation, not simply a technology deployment, and we need someone to take ownership from mobilisation through to post-go-live alongside our senior leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partner.
The role is a 12-month contract, 4 days per week, fully on-site in Hampshire, and is outside IR35.
